Cham bank, the first Islamic bank in Syria, was the main sponsor to “Khan Silk” exhibition, with the presence of Prime Minister - Eng. Imad Khamis, Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade - Dr. Adib Mayala, Minister of Industry - Ahmed Alhamow, Chairman of Aleppo Chamber of Industry - Mr. Fares Shehabi, President of Chamber of Industry of Damascus and Damascus Countryside - Mr. Samer Debs, a number of aides Minister, Industrialists, businessmen and representatives of accredited embassies in Damascus, “ Khan Silk” exhibition launched its works in DamaRose Hotel in Damascus , 5-6-7/03/2017.

Cham Bank in “Silk Khan” exhibition wished to stand among the companies, industrialists and traders, to support their marketing activities locally and abroad, especially in light of the difficult challenges faced by Syria industrial sector in general and in Aleppo in particular, as well as to strengthen the contribution of the parent bank in activating the process of economic development, and clarify the mechanism and ways to support the industrialists, traders and exporters in Syria.

About that, Mr. Ahmad Al-Laham CEO of Cham bank said: “the Bank's participation in the exhibition “Khan Silk” is a result of the supporting strategies and mutual relationship between the Bank and Aleppo Chamber of Industry, where Cham Bank fund industrial and commercial enterprises, small businesses, monetary and advisory services. Stressing that Cham Bank has achieved remarkable progress in its services that contribute in expanding and strengthening the economic base in Syria.

Cham Bank has seen a large turnout by visitors, industrialists and traders. A dedicated team from Cham Bank was at the exhibition to provide the visitors with all the information that meets their needs and inquiries whether interested parties or investors who wish to develop their business
