Engineering Conference opened in Latakia in the presence of Minister of Public Works and sponsored by Cham Bank under the slogan " Development Priorities and the Reconstruction"  which was hosted by the scientific research committee in the Engineers Association. Lattakia branch and  patronized by Engineer Omar Ghalaounji, Deputy prime minister and minister of Local Administration.

The importance of Cham Bank participation is to meet the requirements of the reconstruction process, in addition to the bank's desire to contribute in drawing  the features of  business strategy for the next stage because the reconstruction process will open new horizons for investment which is reflected positively and significantly on the Syrian economy.
