Cham Bank Participate in Expo “Job Fair” for jobs and training

 

Under the patronage of Mr. Bisher Yazji minister of tourism, and in presence of Mr. Ahmad Al-Laham CEO of Cham bank, the ‘’job fair’’ - for  jobs and training raised by Swan Group for international exhibitions and conferences - ,started its work on  18/19/20/02/2017 at DAMA ROSE hotel in Damascus  with the motto “native is our responsibility”.

 

In light of this, he Minister Yazji stressed the concern of the Ministry of Tourism to support events and exhibitions related to the reactivation of economy, and provide job opportunities for Syrian efficiencies and expertise. He hoped to achieve the sought benefit for institutions to recruit young creative job seekers.

 

In his turn, Mr. Al-Laham - CEO of Cham Bank – asserted: “We at Cham Bank, are delighted to contribute in supporting new graduates, also proud to be among the banks that youth and the finest Syrian expertise are keen to join,  he continued: “we in Cham Bank, are deep to provide an ideal working environment besides attracting highest and best human resources in order to achieve the vision and objectives of Cham Bank, and to have a bank staff as part of this vision.”

 

Cham Bank contribution in “Job Fair” aims to attract young Syrian expertise as part of the bank strategy, in continuous development and attract best efficiencies with emphasis on staff development.

 

For that, a human resources team was available in Cham Bank booth at the fair, under the supervision of Ms. Rama Yusuf -manager of human resources- to explain to the visitors: job opportunities, available trainings, and method for submitting applications, moreover; to answer enough questions and queries.

 

 

The exhibition was an opportunity to learn about the capabilities, potential and career orientation of young people.
